NOTE: The lemon juice is for marinating the chicken. I drained the chicken before baking, so the calorie count reflects only 1 oz. of lemon juice per serving. The calorie count will also vary according to how much of the sauce you add to your serving.

This tuna salad has only five grams each of fat and carbs, and 26 grams of protein. I use half lowfat mayo and half greek yogurt because I prefer the milder flavor and it doesn't make much of a difference in my opinion. Feel free to use 2 tbsp of greek yogurt instead!

I like to add in freshly chopped herbs. I don't list them in the ingredients because it's a matter of taste and many will do. My favorites are dill, parsley and chives; they can be used individually or in any combination.

I devised these to aid--ahem--regularity on the Dukan Diet, hence ingredients and measurements are based on the Dukan requirements (oat bran is 2 Tbsp, the daily dose for Cruise phase). But they would be useful for anyone who wants to prevent constipation, and they are actually quite tasty even for non-sufferers.
Recipe is based on principles of Irish Soda Bread so once liquid is added you have to work quickly.

This is a delicious recipe I came up with during my Dukan Diet, and can be enjoyed on P/P (Pure Protein) days or P/V (Protein/Vegetable) days! With virtually no fat, and little carbs it's a amazing how this dish can give you that lasting "fullness" all the way to dinnertime!

Tip: For P/V days, add 2 Gerkins finely diced to this mixture for a yummy crunch and added kick of flavour!
