Cookbook creator says: This was excellent. Dennis didn't like the tomatoes in this so next time I'll drain just the juice from the diced tomatoes. I only had two talapia fillets so I made up the difference with a pound of shrimp. I added some tabascco sauce to mine and it was excellent.

Cookbook creator says: For four fillets, the soy sauce, water, brown sugar and EVOO came in just under 1/4 cup. Add less brown sugar next time. Didn't broil - add ten more minutes on cooking time.
