This was my first attempt at making my own granola, because let's face it--that stuff is expensive at the store! You can use any combination of your favorite nuts, seeds and dried fruit, but these are my favorites.

This is a fast, easy and delicious way to get in fresh raw broccoli. I adapted the recipe from the Whole Foods Broccoli Crunch Salad. The ingredients are simple and relatively inexpensive but they charge $8.49 a pound for it....much cheaper to make at home....and fresher.
