These are a delicious alternative to those gritty protein bars and there is NO PROCESSED SUGAR. Two muffins is comparable to one protein bar. Carbs come from raisins, carrots and milk. You can freeze these and warm them in the microwave when you're ready to eat them. Makes a great breakfast food too. Yummy!
