Perfect for summer! Refreshing and healthy! Low fat cream cheese mixed with chives or green onions topped with thinly sliced cucumbers in between two slices of light wheat bread.
Tastes so good during the summer heat!

looks like a muffin, tastes like a dream. Great for lunch, but fancy enough to serve for brunch with friends! Really - these are yummy, and I don't even love tuna fish :)

Simple soup that's takes two hours on the stovetop, but only needs to be stirred occasionally. Reheats well for a side dish later in the week. Its a great way to use up vegetables and at the same, get your daily vegetables!
