I love poppyseed dressing and have a hard time finding brands that are affordable and that don't use unhealthy ingredients. I made this with things that I had on hand at home. I am sure you can make it with splenda and fat free mayos if you choose but I didn't have them on hand. :) This is just like Marzetti's and Krafts Poppyseed Dressing but not as thick so it goes farther.
