Melt 1/3 cup butter and add 2/3 cup of brown sugar and let simmer over stove Pour into springform pan ( I use a frying pan greased on the sides) Mix 2/3 cup butter and white sugar until well belnded. Add eggs one at a time. Meanwhile sift rice flour (I use this bcause of gluten problems) but you can susbstitute white flour. Sift flour and add baking sode, baking powder and cinnamon Add alternatey with sour cream to sugar egg mixture and belnd well. Add vanilla Pour over topoof bronw sugar mixture and spread evenly in pan. Bake or 45-50 minutes or until it springs back when touched in the middle.
