I'm a huge fan of whole grain salads AND Asian food, so this recipe is a personal favorite! I'm still tweaking the sauce, so be patient and taste it before you put it on your salad!

Taken directly from Gillian McKeith's "You Are What You Eat" -- I always follow the recipe exactly the first time, then slowly revise it to suit my own palate. Stay tuned for suggested improvements!

Traditional recipe for Korean style KimChi. So many healthful benifits, never mind the sodium!

General Tso's chicken was always my favorite, until I stopped eating meat. This is just as tasty, and so much better for you.
This is great by itself, or served over rice, quinoa, or steamed broccoli.
The celery is optional; it helps bulk up the meal with few added calories.

Hunan or Honan is a style of cooking that blend sweet and sour with hot and spicy. This has always been one of my favorite Chinese dishes! Here's my recipe in its current incarnation!

In my old neighborhood, there was an amazing takeout place where I'd get Thai curry vegetables on a pretty regular basis. I didn't think I could make it, or make it healthfully for that matter - until this morning. I played around with what I had on hand and came up with the following recipe for tonight's dinner, with plenty to freeze for later cravings.

This recipe is really easy; it's really more of a process than a recipe. Rice paper wrappers, which are available in the ethnic sections of most larger supermarkets these days, are a great way to wrap your veggies and protein for a quick snack or light lunch.

Thinly sliced red cabbage, carrots and jicama are complemented by the sweetness of seasoned rice vinegar, grapefruit and glazed pecans. Cilantro adds a punch of flavor.

The original version of this Chinese favorite has 542 calories and 13 grams of fat, plus half a day's worth of sodium. Chef Meg's version is much healthier, packed with veggies, and ready in less time than it would take you to order takeout!

This is a vegetarian/vegan version of Chef Meg's AWESOME recipe! I love the sauce! I add in peas and celery, and it is GREAT~!
