These were a huge hit!! I have been wanting to do Turkey Burger Sliders, for sometime now. I came across some whole wheat dinner rolls that I just knew would be the perfect size to do it! There are many versions of tomato soup out there, but you can't beat the old fashioned traditional recipe. I like to make it in the slow cooker and put through the strainer when I think it is thick enough. If tomato soup is done right it will have it's own creamy taste and texture without adding cream or milk. In this recipe a little flour and marg (lite marg can be used) gives it the finishing touch to add extra creamyness to the recipe.
