These were a huge hit!! I have been wanting to do Turkey Burger Sliders, for sometime now. I came across some whole wheat dinner rolls that I just knew would be the perfect size to do it! I make a few changes to a favorite Turkey Burger recipe and made it into these yummy sliders!! I even made some "special" mayo. Cayenne mayo and Dilly mayo (canola light mayo, of course) were the perfect touch to these little gems!!

I chose to re-make the Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell because Taco Bell used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Also, it is still my boyfriend's favorite fast food chain and nearly every time he goes there, he will order a crunchwrap supreme.

The funny thing is that most Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes are fairly simple to make... so I knew that it would be fun, delicious, and not too challenging to re-make this item!

Since coconut oil hardens at room temperature, combining it with bittersweet chocolate for a couple seconds in the microwave makes a good magic shell without preservatives, very little sugar, and without any of the other weird chemicals that are added to our food. For those of us who find life healthier with a lower carb count, this is a 6 gram/5.1 net carb option. It's not low calorie, but it is lower carb. Dark chocolate has antioxidants that may be beneficial, and it's *chocolate*.

Benefits of coconut oil are all over the web. Whether or not nuking it in the microwave destroys those benefits, I'm not sure. It tastes good though.

There are many versions of tomato soup out there, but you can't beat the old fashioned traditional recipe. I like to make it in the slow cooker and put through the strainer when I think it is thick enough. If tomato soup is done right it will have it's own creamy taste and texture without adding cream or milk. In this recipe a little flour and marg (lite marg can be used) gives it the finishing touch to add extra creamyness to the recipe.
