Cookbook creator says: I used 1/4 cup of bread crumbs and about a tsp of thyme. I seasoned using garlic and chinese 5 spice. Used one onion and 2 apples for 4 large chicken breasts. Also suggest sauteeing the onions before addidng the apples.
Suggestion: use cooking apples and sweet onions, not sweet apples.
