A low-fat and easy to prepare version of this favorite chicken entree.
I originally found this recipe in an issue of Cooking Light Magazine. I made a few adjustments to cut down on the fat. I usually make the marinara sauce in a large batch and then freeze it in 2 serving containers.
Low carb, very tasty and very easy to make!! I have had WLS so use chicken thighs because they are so moist but chicken breast can be used. It is up to you as to whether you remove the skin and/or the bone but this will affect the nutritional info.Submitted by SUZIKEW94
