Cookbook creator says: This is ridiculously good! I did not use the mayo and instead added an addtl 1/2 cup of sour cream. I also added 1 cup of mushrooms and artichokes. Only thing is that the serving size does not seem to be accurate. It is more like 6 1/2 cup servings, maybe a bit more, but definately not 1 cup.
