THis is a great morning start. I made it and put it into the freezer on my friends advise. I like it better fresh from the oven but when I need a high protein start for the day this works great!

Breakfast Quice will delight little ones and adults. They can be made several days ahead of time and heated in microwave when needed. Kids can eat them with their fingers! Great for "on the go" breakfasts!
