This sesame bar recipe is a real surprise. How could anything taste so good that takes only 10 minutes to prepare. It makes a wonderful dessert, or energy bar for a nutritious pick me up. [Recipe taken from whfoods.org]

Adapted from http://blueberriesandblessings.com/2012/10/04/12-woct-week-two-dark-chocolate-black-bean-cookies-glutenfree/, these are GF, 100% stevia sweetened, and packed with dark chocolate, dried cherries and the goodness of legumes! The yellow peas I use are the same ones you find in French pea soup, and are mild and buttery without any "beany" flavour at all.
