Yum! After several trys/tweaks I'm finally happy with this one... Still modify to suit the mood of the moment, but re-heats well in almost every form and makes a great quick breakfast or even mid-morning snack with how filling it is for so few calories! Also, if you follow some of my tricks, you can further reduce the sodium and fat... For breakfast consider serving with a small fruit salad or fruit/yogurt parfait.
