Cookbook creator says: Delicious!!!! A definite favorite- super juicy and moist and flavorful. I went lazy and used a ton of garlic powder, dill, lemon juice, oilve oil and then after an hour or two marinating I sprinkled with garlic salt before popping under the Hi broiler for 15 minutes. My LORD this was good!
