These pancakes are lightly spiced, I always and more spices so, If you like a bit more pizazz, you can increase the spices.
I use all organic ingredients and Egg lands Best Eggs.

These are sweet and delicious cakes that are yummy with or without syrup. This lower calorie recipe using Splenda and Egg whites to save calories.

These make a great breakfast for strength training days and are high in potassium.
