This is something I threw together and loved. You can have it with rice, pasta or corn chips. I also add chilli for a kick. You can have this hot or cold.

Cookbook creator says: Next time, I might add another egg to help them stick together better. I would also sautee the onions before adding them to the beans. I would also mash the beans better, or throw the whole concoction in the blender, as I don't have a food processor.
