Once again . . .from CookingLight. I omitted the oil and used PAM instead to saute the onions. . cut down on the calories and fat. I also winged it on the seasonings. Also added some garlic when it was done. My husband says a keeper.

Served over rice.

From www.allrecipes.com The recipe calls for 8 thighs, bone and skin removed, but I made this with the bone and skin. It also calls for 2 teaspons of curry powder, but I left that out. The data base did not have nutritional info on ground cumin, so I added it and left the nutritional info blank - don't know what the nutritional info is, but I'm sure it's small!
