Add either cooked chicken or cooked salmon to the recipe to make it a meal and it's wonderful!! I add lemon pepper to taste... and I love to add pickled artichokes when I have them!

This Spinich Salad will win you over! After having this, you'll never want any other! So fresh and healthy. Add your favorite ingredients to make it your own. This is written for a side salad, but for a lunch salad, I didide it for two people, and just have it for lunch!
