We follow the same basic recipe for making this traditional British dish, altering only the herbs used depending on what type of meat we have. Substitute chicken or beef for turkey. Any vegetables can be used. I like making this dish to use up left overs after a roast dinner

The best turkey meatballs we have ever had!
Adapted from the Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno
I make it with gluten free rice bread but you can use any kind of bread you like for breadcrumbs.
Sometimes I use dried herbs I just cut the amount in half.
