This is a delicious African recipe given to me by a friend from an African cookbook. Will keep for a month (at least) in the fridge. Requires olive oil and bread for dipping. Calories listed do not include bread and olive oil.You won't believe how good this is!

This is a variation of Pine Nut Cream Sauce from Veganomicon. I used cashews and some toasted sesame seeds instead of pine nuts, since that's what we had on hand. It was delicious!
