From Cooking Light Oct. 2008 p. 146. Really light. The carrots cooked with lemongrass, ginger and garlic have a lot of flavor. little too salty, kids didn't like it. Recipe previously said it would feed 12, possibly, but on the safe side I put 10. Also used fat free cream cheese and smart taste spaghetti to lesson calories. kids did not like it. I and Jacob did.
