Cookbook creator says: Awesome! I added a can of cream of mushroom and added (skim) milk, as the sauce was a bit thicker than I like. Also, I shredded the chicken before putting it back in the crock pot and we had it over egg noodles. Outstanding dish! We loved it. I will definitely be making this again!!

I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.
