Gluten free Cheese Biscuits (Pao de Queijo)

These are very much like Red Lobster's cheese biscuits, but they're based on an old Brazilian recipe. They are naturally gluten-free.

The recipe calls for rice and tapioca flours instead of the traditional wheat. It still tastes absolutely delicious! The flavours are best if you wrap the loaf and leave it overnight, so it’s good for a Sunday morning treat!

Gluten-Free Banana Nut Bread
Very Good 4.8/5

My mom was diagnosed with celiac disease about 8 years ago. We have looked everywhere for delicious recipes that substitute other products for gluten. i was fortunate to come upon this wonderful recipe, which uses only 2 unusual ingredients: GF flour and Xanthan Gum. Even though I CAN eat gluten, I still very much enjoy this delicious banana bread. It is best hot from the oven!

It is super moist, bursting with flavor, and you would never know it was GLUTEN FREE :)))

Plus, it is very low in saturated fat and high in polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat. It is fairly low carb for a banana bread and it also has 1 gram of sugar PER slice....and they are generous servings!

Easy to make, high fiber, and no grains of any kind. Great for a low-carb diet or just a flax fanatic like myself!

I made this dish gluten free by using Rice pasta and GF bouillon. You can use more or less of the crushed red pepper to your taste.

Each serving is 2 cups.

These are wonderful! I use a certified GF oat flour. After many failed attempts, I finally created something worth sharing. My family actually said they prefered these to regular biscuits! You could also add in herbs and cheese if you desire.

Gluten-Free Flour Tortillas
Very Good 4.6/5

If you are gluten-free like me, you should know how hard it is to find a recipe for gluten-free tortillas that bend without breaking; that are big enough to actually wrap around something; and that taste like flour tortillas! Well look no further... here it is!
