Cookbook creator says: Ah! Perfect the way it is. This is a great way for you to enjoy the fall with others. If you have Torani SUGAR-FREE pumpkin pie spice syrup, it would be great in here. Use a little less Splenda and add maybe a tablespoon.

Cookbook creator says: Instead of all-purpose flour, use Almond meal/flour! For 1 C. almond flour only has 24g of total carbs. Wowza! It's about $10 per (small) bag but well worth it.
Also, buy light mozzarella and double the spinach in the recipe.
