Cookbook creator says: Made this one tonight 9/16/12 and it was really good. Add 1 C. water instead of 1 1/4 cup (too much liquid) might also be good to sautee some onions with the meat mixture and add some garlic to it. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef.

Cookbook creator says: good recipe! I added one can of rinsed kidney beans and a small can of green chilis to give it a little more kick. I used the Jennie O. ground turkey with taco seasoning already in it, and added the packet of taco seasoning to the crockpot. Delicious and makes great take to work lunch leftovers.
