Cookbook creator says: add lemon or lemon pepper for some flvor and old bay seasoning, watch carefully to not over cook.. also can use crushed up bran flake cereal (like total) instead os bread crumbs for any recipe...

(tap water can also be water from tuna - 1 tsp) (lemon juice was also 1 tsp) (10 saltines can also be 1/4 c of bread crumbs) DRAIN TUNA ... mix all in bowl, shape into 4 balls, fry in a heated pan sprayed with cooking spray until browned on both sides. YUMMY !!
