Serve with meatballs in a chafing dish or crock pot as an appetizer or pot luck, or over meatballs and egg noodles as and entree.
Any type of mushroom may be used, also the wine is usually what I have on hand or left out.

If you love pumpkin pie but could do without the crust, here's a bar recipe for you! This recipe essentially takes the pumpkin pie custard and puts it on top of a cookie crust. Wonderful warm out of the oven.

The original turkey recipe was from Eating Well Magazine's November/December 1996 issue and full of flavor. My husband and I have updated it through the years to add brining and to change the roasting time. We've even been known to turn die hard vegetarians with this recipe. Guaranteed to never be dry. The instructions are step by step for even those new to cooking.
