Hubby is of German extraction and I don't cook this for him often enough, but here it is, not the lowest cal recipe on the block but very good nonetheless! I use a specialty store Hungarian paprika, but the regular stuff will work too.

This is actually lower in fat and claories than the nutrition info states, as I couldn't find info for drained sundried tomatoes, so this nutirtion info here is assuming you haven't drained them at all. However, the cookbook that the recipe comes from states: 190 cals. 6 grams total fat. From Canadian Livings "Make it Tonight" cookbook.
