Incredible Smoothies by Tracy Russell. "I recently made this apple and avocado smoothie and it was very delicious! It had a delicate, apple flavor with a whipped, smoothie texture. There are a lot of variations you can try with this recipe as well.
Avocados are high in omega-3′s and antioxidants, while apples are loaded with fiber and help with weightloss."

Incredible Smoothies by Tracy Russell. "Apples and berries taste great together, especially in a smoothie. A lot of our readers have been asking for smoothie recipes that do not have banana, so hereís a good one. The most predominate flavors are blueberry and strawberry with just a hint of apple.
Blueberries are an excellent source of antioxidants and apples helps facilitate detox as well as adding lots of fiber. This smoothie has 49% of your daily recommended value of fiber.
You can use frozen strawberries OR blueberries which will chill this smoothie nicely for a hot day. I wouldnít recommend using both frozen strawberries and blueberries because youíll end up with a frozen mess in your blender!"

Inedible Smoothies by Tracy Russell. "This green smoothie recipe is one of my spring and summer favorites. I love peaches, cherries and vanilla and it just so happens that these three flavors combine wonderfully in a smoothie!
This smoothie isnít all fruit either. Both carrots and romaine lettuce add minerals and extra vitamin A (as beta-carotene).
This green smoothie recipe is rich in antioxidants like anthocyanins, which give the cherry its red color. It is this antioxidant that studies have shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and may help with symptoms of arthritis. Eating cherries may also help reduce the risk of heart disease and certain cancers (breast and colon).
Peaches are a good source of vitamin C, potassium, lycopene and lutein. Research shows that lycopene and lutein may help prevent heart disease, macular degeneration and prostate cancer."

"According to the American Heart Association, heart disease is the number one killer of women in the USA. February is Heart Healthy month so I wanted to make a super heart healthy smoothie just for you.
I like to use oranges, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries in smoothies. Oranges have been shown to lower high blood pressure and cholesterol as well as having anti-inflammatory properties. Berries are also full of antioxidants which help reduce your risk of heart disease and cancer.
I also like to use some healthy fats. Avocados are packed with monounsaturated fat and can help lower LDL (bad cholesterol) levels while raising the amount of HDL (good cholesterol) in your body. They also contain 81mcg of lutein. I also like to use flax seed as it is full of fiber, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids which are essential for a healthy heart.
Greens are important too so I always add plenty of fresh baby spinach since it is full of lutein, folate, potassium, and fiber.
If you donít want all the seeds from the strawberries, you can make this smoothie using only blueberries. Be sure to use a full cup of berries. You can add some protein powder to boost the protein content as well. Use dandelion greens or kale to increase the amount of calcium."

Incredible Smoothies by Tracy Russell. "Hereís an experimental smoothie I came up with that is made with no sweet fruit. Thatís right Ė no bananas, mangoes or pineapple Ė just vegetables! I was actually surprised how tasty this was. In fact, Iíve been drinking this savory smoothie (and variations of it) daily for the past two weeks.
Non-sweet fruit and veggies are lower in calories then sweet fruit, so this makes quite a large (42 ounce) smoothie for only 300-400 calories. A smoothie this size isnít too much for me to drink, but it might be a bit overwhelming if youíre not used to it. If you canít drink that much all at once, you can cut the recipe in half or make the whole thing and drink half now and half later. Just beware that itíll be a low calorie smoothie.
This smoothie will provide you with all your vegetable needs for the day and then some!"

This smoothie combines the sour flavor of lemon-lime with the sweetness of banana and orange for a delicious blend. Incredible Smoothies by Tracy Russell. "I hope youíre hungry because this mega meal-replacement smoothie recipe will fill you up and keep you energized until lunch. Itís got a lot in it and provides plenty of calories, protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals to be breakfast, lunch or dinner!
The banana, mango and blueberries blend nicely and none of them over-power each other. They effectively mask the celery and spinach. You could use a more potent green than spinach if you wanted to boost the calcium and iron content. Try kale or dandelion.
This smoothie even has rolled oats, which help give it a creamy texture. Soaked chia seeds (you can also use flax) provides a dose of health-supporting omega-3 fats.
This smoothie has 12 grams of protein (add a scoop of your favorite powder to double it) and 72% of your daily recommended value of fiber. It is a large smoothie so if you are not used to drinking this much at one time, you can either halve the recipe or drink half for breakfast the rest at lunch."

Incredible Smoothies by Tracy Russell. "This delicious smoothie creation was sent to me by Chrissy. Itís green, itís sweet and itís got a heaping dose of minerals for you!
This smoothie makes about 12 ounces (depending on the size of the mango and cucumber you use) and it has a delicious tropical fusion flavor. The pineapple and mango blend nicely with the cucumber and spinach for a refreshing health drink.
Cucumber contains erepsin, an enzyme that helps to digest protein. Their skin is also very high in minerals and they make a great low calorie addition to your smoothie.
Mangoes are a great source of fiber. This smoothie contains about 25% of your daily recommend value!"

Incredible Smoothies by Tracy Russell. "Here is a light, frothy smoothie to refresh you on a hot summer afternoon. I love this drink because it tastes great and is an excellent source of calcium.
Pineapples are extremely good for you, they have anti-inflammatory properties and they help with digestion. They contain an enzyme, bromelain, which helps break down protein.
Oranges are a great source of vitamin C and have been shown to lower high blood pressure and cholesterol as well as having anti-inflammatory properties. Together they make a super nutritious smoothie!

By Tracy Russell of Incredible Smoothies. "This is a nice creamy strawberry vanilla smoothie. Strawberries help protect against rheumatoid arthritis and have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties. Pears are packed full of fiber to help you lose weight.
I like to sneak extra vegetables into my green smoothies so I added a small vine tomato (technically, tomatoes are a fruit). If you donít like them or donít want to add it, go ahead and leave it out.
You can make this smoothie with 1 cup of blueberries instead of strawberries. You can also enjoy this green smoothie without the vanilla flavoring, or add an additional flavor fruit that complements the strawberries. To reduce the fat content, only add 1/4 avocado and 1/2 of a large banana."
