This will change the way you look at HCG - it doesn't have to be boring! I like a thicker chili so I only use a half cup of water, but feel free to add as much water as you like to make the serving larger without adding calories. I use 96% lean organic ground beef.

If you like seafood, you'll love this seafood stew. A shell stock and simmered spices gives this a rich flavor without the extra calories. It takes longer to prepare this way, but trust me, you won't be disappointed!
