This is my absolute favorite dish from Ruby Tuesday so I had to find a way to make it over. Its called the smokehouse chicken and it is a favorite by many! took someone elses recipe and tweaked it with what I had in my pantry.... this is what I came up with. I think the fat is wrong as I used 93/7 ground beef.
