I've got a lot of cajun in me, and there are some recipes I can't live without! This is classic red beans and rice like my mama makes, only without any animal.

You've decided to make some hummus or goddess dressing, only to find you're out of tahini. Rats!
Making your own tahini is very easy. You control the oil and ingredients. Just keep sesame seeds in your freezer, and you'll be good to go at a moment's notice.

Incredible! 5.0/5

Great spread on bread in place of your traditional dairy laden butter. Use on baked potatoes, roasted corn, or add lots of garlic and use it with garlic bread.

Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken
Very Good 4.5/5

Just to clarify for the questions below:
First, YES the cream cheese is figured into the totals...if you use FULL FAT cream cheese, the fat content will be considerably higher. But low fat cream cheese really takes the fat down.

Second, I haven't ever tried it with regular Italian dressing...let me know how it turns out!

Third, I HIGHLY recommend using the low setting for cooking...it allows the juices from the chicken to really seep into the dressing.
