Cookbook creator says: When I make this I'm going to add flax mixture (1T gr. flaxseed; 3T water; mix and let set 5 min.). Flax mixture becomes gelatinous and acts as a binding agent in place of eggs. Its also great for adding fiber and plant-based Omega 3's. Thanks for this recipe.
