The ingredients that the nutritional info is based on is what was in the Spark Database. The ingredients I actually used were not what was in the Spark Data base, so this recipe is just a guestimate..

This was a gift from my mother for Christmas - both the recipe and a canister of the mix. It's delicious, good with skim milk added. I don't know where the recipe originated, but it's a lifesaver for me 'cause I LOVE hot chocolate!

This is a really great sweet potato casserole that goes great with any entree. It is relatively low cal, carb and sugar. It's great for diabetics or those that jut want to watch their caloric intake. Enjoy!
