This is out of Better Homes and Gardens, I've made it so many times, it's really easy if you have a big bowl, make sure to give it time to chill. This is a favorite among my friends!

This all in one meal is so good and you can make it into two tacos per person or a taco slad. The shells that I used I found in a Super Wal-Mart and they are really low carb.

This is a really good chicken salad. I like to add choppid bits of apple with peel and a few (about 1/4 C Pecand or walnuts) This recipe however omits the apples and nuts but is still quite delicious and filling.
