This makes a great choice for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!! Use it as the main course with a couple toppings or use it to dip in place of bread. You can also toast it and use in place of chips or grill it with some cheese for a wonderful "grilled cheese sandwich"!! Very quick and easy to make and store.

An alternative to store bought mayo

Recipe modified from the Low Carb Friends forum. I made it with almond flour instead of soy and applesauce instead of butter. Fits 2lb bread machine. Cut recipe in half for one pound machine. Only 3.3 grams carb per piece!

I use this instead of salad dressing or as a side to my Greek burgers.

Because of the intensity of garlic, lemon or seasoning, I will sometimes need to adjust the amount of yogurt or salt.
