I modified this from another recipe I found online. This is on the high side of sodium, but packed with protein and great tasting.... Just drink lots of water! I recommend you eat a salad before this meal because you'll be tempted for seconds!

This is an easy and satisfying recipe, can remove chicken if you'd like to go vegetarian. Adding a low fat cheese to the soup is also yummy just depends on how you like your soup. Good with or without chicken or cheese.

This is from a weight watchers meeting back in 1996. I make this a lot for lunches with friends. Sometimes I'll substitute shrimp for the chicken. Or I'll add more veggies, such as red bell peppers or snow pea pods (add pea pods just before serving. They lose flavor and color if left long in marinade).
