Cookbook creator says: 1 cup wild rice, 2 & 1/2 cups of Water 1 small onion diced, garlic clove, tsp olive oil, a pinch of thyme. Cook until done add black beans 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms a choice of veggie and your squash any kind or mix them. Steam for 10 mins.
