This stuffed bell pepper recipe is really delicious! You can use red bell peppers if you like that flavor better. It incorporates your protein, starch, and veggies in one neat package! Brown rice is used for an added nutritional punch.Submitted by KS76017

I used all the "light" or fat free kinds of ingredients I could and it's not the best for a good diet but, for a nice change on occation this is a very tastey dish that my whole family loves. I hope yours will, too!Submitted by CASSDRAGON23
Lean ground turkey makes this chili both filling and low-fat.
A yummy way to cut the calories, not the tradition.
This recipe can be made with low-fat ground beef. Venison has very little fat, but it has a gamey flavor that many are not accustomed to. Cooking it with tomato helps to disguise the wild-flavor. Submitted by SARAHN7

Stuffed green bell peppers from Mom's recipe..a great Sunday meal!
Note: You can use ground beef instead of ground turkey, but the nutritional facts will be different--the facts posted are for turkey. I find they taste just as good with the turkey. Submitted by EVERLASTINGGOO
