Rustic Italian Tortellini Soup
Very Good 4.8/5

This meal comes together pretty fast. It's a very hearty meal, that goes great with a salad.
It's a versatile recipe in that you can add additional vegetables or even a can of drained and rinsed cannelini beans, for more protein.

My mom gave me this recipe. She eats it daily. It is very tasty! I started losing weight after adding it to my regular diet. Sometimes I add hot sauce to spice it up a bit! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Pseudo-Sophisticated French Lentil Soup
Very Good 4.4/5

I call this soup pseudo-sophisticated because of how gourmet it tastes, even though it is one of the easiest things to make! I got this recipe off of www.vegweb.com and I absolutely love it. I have made some modifications but its basically the same. This soup has AMAZING fiber and protein values.

Chicken with black beans and corn

Mashing potatoes makes this soup creamy, not unlike traditional dairy-based chowders. Yuo can make an especially colorful soup by using an assortment of red, white, and even blue potatoes, just stay away from russet potatoes because they become mealy when you boil them.

Mexican Corn Soup
Very Good 4.4/5

Corn shares the spotlight with chicken in this well-seasoned soup. Blending part of the corn with the broth is a really simple and easy way to thicken up the soup and boost the flavor.

Very Low Calorie & absolutely Delicious !!!
