I made this recipe up because I was craving a burrito but didn't want to waste a bunch of calories on food that wasn't "worth it". I used many ingredients that have essential daily nutrients (i.e. good fats, fiber, carbs & protein)...and tried to stay as low as possible on calories without sacrificing deliciousness and satisfaction factors.
