If you don't want to give up your creamy dips, substitute fat-free yogurt, or fat-free Greek yogurt for the sour cream. I've been doing this for years and nobody has noticed the difference. |

Some great suggestions...I thought deviled eggs would be off limits, but it's nice to know that with a couple of healthy swaps in my recipe they are still do able! |

Mostly the same old same old, low cal high carb is not healthy for everyone. Most of those would do nasty things to my blood glucose numbers. I'll stick to my foods, and leave the hummus ( for example) alone. WW |
