I think natural yogurt with blueberries, strawberries and 1/2 banana mixed with 1/2c water and 1/2 non fat milk is absolutely one to die for. No need for sugar because the banana, and berries have more than enough sweetner in it. I make this everyday whilst berries are in season. I've frozen berries for when out of season. Not only is it healthy but that's a breakfast on its on. This is my comfort food. Porridge is another one. The rest don't do anything exciting for me. |

Does anyone else put yogurt in the freezer to have for dessert or a snack? I love it that way! I find it works best when you freeze the whipped kind, though. I love it! |

Its interesting that people mention honey a lot. One teaspoon of table sugar contains 16 calories, while one teaspoon of honey has 22 calories. Be careful! |
