Okay, not trying to be rude or mean, but, seriously--THESE are comfort foods? LOL--Yogurt? Vegetable juice? No chocolate or mashed potatoes? Sorry--not a helpful article. |

Yogurt is a comfort food? Seriously?! Comfort foods are stuff like mashed potatoes, meatloaf, mac and cheese, freshly baked bread, etc. |

I think natural yogurt with blueberries, strawberries and 1/2 banana mixed with 1/2c water and 1/2 non fat milk is absolutely one to die for. No need for sugar because the banana, and berries have more than enough sweetner in it. I make this everyday whilst berries are in season. I've frozen berries for when out of season. Not only is it healthy but that's a breakfast on its on. This is my comfort food. Porridge is another one. The rest don't do anything exciting for me. |

Surprised you didn't include butter-free air-popped popcorn. My fav. |

I was really perplexed with vegetable juice. I don't know anyone who finds that "comforting." Wish I had this person's "comfort food" cravings! I'm off to mash some potatoes! |
