SparkPeople Fitness Starter Kit DVD ($10.00)




We originally designed this DVD as part of the SparkPeople Fitness Starter Kit, but demand for the DVD was so strong that we decided to sell it on its own. It contains two full-body workouts: one that uses a stability ball and another that uses a resistance band. Each workout is about 10 minutes long, making it easy to fit exercise into your busy day! Simple but effective moves, a steady pace and continuous instruction from Coach Nicole make these workouts ideal for exercisers of all levels!
