This is a life saver for those whose huge appetites, but need comfort food. It is easy to make, delicious, and only gets better as ingredients marry. It works great on lettuce, when you can't afford the calories to put it on top of a whole grain, high fiber starch (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, or toast). Adapted from the Health Network site for boot campers who named the recipe as "GLOP," but that name doesn't do it justice.
