This is great over pancakes, waffles, Chocolate Vitamuffin Tops, etc. Also good on oatmeal, ice cream (you get the idea). A good way to get in fruits during the cooler months.Submitted by REANEF
I adapted this recipe from Dani Spies website--they turned out really moist and hearty, plus no refined sugar and the fiber/protein stats are good. It was a great way to use up 1/2 can of pumpkin and some leftover quinoa.

I adapted this recipe for healthier ingredients, than you can get from fast food joints. Its fast, and you can eat it on the go. Submitted by DEBALDERMAN
These turned out very yummy, beware of making them if you have portion control issues. I had to freeze them to not eat too many... For even lower calories and fat leave out the chocolate chips.Submitted by MARYDAZ
