My answer to a soup not loaded with salt, add spices to your liking. I love Grilled cheese and Tomatoe soup but can't take the 1,000 mg (+) hit with a very low sodium diet (1200 mg/less daily). This soup combined with a slice of cheese on buttered wheat bread comes in at a respectable 638 mg sodium for the meal, less if you can find low sodium cheese, bread and use butter with no salt.Submitted by BANDITDAN

Saw a recipe like this but they were using tomato sauce, which does not make it florentine. It's heavier in calories and fat than I thought it would be so you might want to omit some of the cheeses and the egg.
