Two Tomato Lasagna

Vegetarian, could easily have meat or more vegetables subbed in. I usually find the "fire roasted" crushed tomatoes in the ethnic section of the grocery.

This also freezes well, as a busy college student, I can't really cook most days. I bake this ahead of time, portion it into Tupperware and have a delicious home-cooked meal on the go. Submitted by TORY9559

Spicy White Bean Dip

I like to make this and refrigerate for a few days for fuller flavor. You can also use garbanzo beans in place of the navy beans, and add/remove spices to taste.
